Weider Redupic is a food supplement in capsule form combining Carolean™, a blend of carob gum and nopal, with Reducose®, a standardised white mulberry extract, and chromium. The formula is presented in convenient capsules for daily use. Weider's current product information lists Carolean™ and Reducose® as the principal botanical components, together with chromium.
Each daily serving of 2 capsules provides 1,000mg of Carolean™, including 700mg of dietary fibre, 250mg of Reducose® extract, including 12.5mg of 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ), and 6µg of chromium. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and normal metabolism of macronutrients.
The capsule format is designed to fit easily into a regular supplement routine. Weider recommends taking 2 capsules daily approximately 30 minutes before a meal with plenty of water.
